im gonna be honest i dont know what you are asking or what is going on in the videos but lets take the topic and first line in the post

"If I want a website like Spriters-Resource*What will I need?"

i dont know what that site is or what its about but a quick look thru you would need all of those files or your own files (every single sprite) and a place to upload them and keep for download the site its self seems simple mostly text and simple tables in html. don't know if that helps?
