Just confirming that based on that first screenshot I can certainly tell you that it is due to a connectivity issue on your end. I've had the same error pop up for me in FF when my ISP has been down. Contact them and let them know what's happening and see if they can't help you out.

Right, it just seems odd that one server would work and another wouldn't... do any other sites on server 18 work for you?

Yeah, it looks like I cannot access any proboards18 boards.
I also tried just hitting some other servers and I was able to connect to proboards15 and proboards19.

They are different servers with different network address. There is a problem with their ISP reaching the address of the server 18 server, and fron experience, other sites too (although you may not notices... you don't go to every site on the web).

Right, I suppose I shouldn't say anything then 'cuz I really don't have any experience with this... though I have founds site that I can't access. 'Course, his ISP would had to have recently changed something, right? Otherwise he wouldn't have been able to make the forum in the first place.

Say you are trying to walk from point A to point Z, and you have to go via 10 points b through y, and say m is one of those points and there has been an accident at m, and the path is blocked, then you will not be able to reach point Z. So basically what your ISP needs to do is set you up with a different connection IP so you can go through a different route that doesn't bypass m.

I left to go home for the holidays and now I have access to the board, so I guess the problem has a temporary fix. I guess I'll have to wait to go back to school to see if my connection works again.
Thank you for all your help.

Thank you for all your help. Looks like the accident at point m has cleared up. Glad to see that it's working for you.

Nah, its jsut a differnt route. If its dns it will have cleared up before then though, problems dont usually last that long in that department
