A little advice

Hello, I didn't really think this was a request, just a little advice.

I was wondering what kind of banner I should make for my forum or what should I put in the banner? Obviously it has to be the same size and match the colour scheme but does anyone have any ideas? I would be greatfull.

Just a general chat forum, it's going to cover a wide range of topics really.

Oh okay, I see.

I kind of seeing where you were going with the BMX banner- seeing as it is sort of an "abstract" subject. You may want to implement something a little more broad though- it's just more appropriate. Possibly even a clean design.

And whenever you do have a certain color scheme; you have to take into account what kind of mood it puts you in. Personally, what does lighter purple shout out to you? How should I integrate this into my design?

But it's whatever you think.. Maybe "Voice" in a chat bubble or something- that would be cool.

Yeah I was wanting to go for more of a clean look with the header since the rest of the forum is that way. The old banner just didn't turn out the way I wanted it.

For a logo I was thinking about the chat bubble idea also. I just have designers block at the moment. -_-

Yeah, I definitely think vectors would be a good way to go too. It would match the simplicity of your site; but have that interesting abstracting awaiting viewers.

Maybe some vector circles thrown in too.

I'll definitely have a go at experimenting with the vector shapes to see what I can come up with
