Tumblr "Install Theme" button, want it removed

There's an "Install Theme" button that appears at the top right of my tumblr page www.whenallsgood.com

I would like to remove it, if it's possible. Is anyone familiar with this? Take a look, if you know exactly what I need to pull from the layout code I would greatly appreciate the help!!

You sure you even aloud to remove it?

Have you asked Tumblr first? Just like in wordpress, you need to edit your theme template to add and remove stuff.
