HTTP Code displaying on login and all threads

Not being particularly understanding of the forum which I administrate I wish to ask advice on the following.
Yesterday evening, the forum protectionk9.proboards.com starting showing a large black box both on the login and post pages with the URL kz.am/23CqpQ==
There is also a download and play button at the bottom of the page.
A friend thinks it is the reply button?

Please advise if you can tell me what this is and how to fix it?

I would really appreciate some help on this one.

Hi,

In your admin area:

skins / forum colors >> customise board images

and remove the image which is in the login image box.

Please excuse the typos on my last, there was nothing changed in the admin panel yesterday so any ideas how this occurred?
