Skins for Forums

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but I didn't know where else to post! Anyways, I'm looking for skins to download onto my forum. I'm not very tech-savvy and everytime I try to make one that I think would look good, it ends up looking like the color of vomit. So if there is a place to select pre-made skins, could you lead me that way?
