ok i need alot of details because i can make the backround for u in photoshop, but i need 2 know wut u want, i will also need more MISC. details, like colors and other thing, and ill work on the BG image, as for the border, the only thing that i can do, is give u a code 2 make the border a thicker line

i need : the image u want for the background, just a general idea,
i need the colors u want,
i need 2 know somewhat of a size, if u want it tiled or 1 big BG image,
and for Border, please use the support board, ill write the code, but idk where u put it
