Headers and footers not working

Description: I have two banners that I would like to be our header and footer. When I put the codes in for them on the header and footer boxes they just show the code and not the image. :<

what you do is go to a place called tinypic. there you can up lode the photo you want. after you do this you can edit it or leave it as you found it. Take the HTLM and copy it. then past it on your header or footer. after that just repet the proses with the other.
Theres no need to make an acount Ether.
