Sample Themes

Hey guys! Mike here, one of the ProBoards developers.

We've been hard at work building the best forum templating system yet. That's why each of us spent a couple of hours making our own themes just to show you what can be done. To take a look at my submission, head over to the V5 Beta. Go to Profile -> Edit Profile -> Settings, and change your forum skin to "Postopia"

Here's a preview:

One quick question, on Postopia, is the blue bit at the bottom left a bug or just a mistake by yourself on the skin?

Looks like I'm going to have a lot of fun creating new themes. Can't wait to get my little paws on the admin area...

The blue box is a bug in general, not specific to that theme. It is already on our internal tracker to be fixed though

My theme, typewriter, is uploaded now as well. Be gentle, it was more a way of testing out some areas for bugs than it was a legitimate theme. On the other hand, sidebar shoutbox!

Thanks, Tim. Again, it is fascinating how totally different it is from the default.

I don't know (yet) who designed Minimal Max, but again, it is different from the other three.

Tim, I love the idea of the shoutbox on the side but when your viewing your profile It overlays the followers, following information and also on the main page the boards seem a bit squished. I'm sure its just a matter of playing with the pixels but I thought u might want to know.

FYI - I love the colorings. I loved the show So Weird and green & black just scream that show to me LOL.

I don't understand the whole, massive image on the right side for Minimal Max.. But the rest of it looks alright

I take one week off and all the programmers become designers.

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere but I thought I would clarify for the new tester's. None of these themes are the default v5 theme for launch. These are all just to show the power of the theme creator and some of the possibilities. Next week I might even make a theme to show off too. ;D

I do like the minimal one.

Reminds me of way back in the day when i first used a computer as in the commadore 64. lol

Typewriter makes me sad. xD It reminds me of SoCal.
