Administrator rights ( codes,skins etc)

Hi,
I have searched before posting this question.

Starting up a new board. I have given my partner admin rights to modify skins etc . ( checked all boxes to reflect full admin rights)

They still do not have the ability to adjust skins ... can someone please advise ??

Unfortunately there is no built-in skin backup right now, but you can write down the colours as you go.

I find something different between the board and board category"

I made 1 to 2 categories with subboard password but I surprised, why do I modify each board and the categories in the admin panel is always found as follows drawn


I ask all of my staff, and they said nothing to change the settings and I think there is someone who hates the development forum that I created

then think how to proboards forum that we make safe from the evil?


I heard from youtube that there are some forums that were attacked by weighting down the server and they called DDoS?


I not understand that issue, and I want my forum is in good condition are always
