Option to ban members from chatbox

Is there a way to add so that u can ban someone from the chatbox thing. and it only affect the chat?

Currently you can only restrict guests from posting. The shoutbox is for all members. If someone is disruptive you do have the option to ban or disable their account, but that will affect them everywhere.

A user ban would be great for just the shoutbox.
Would you guys even consider implementing the feature?

I personally like like the option how it is set as in if a user is disruptive on the shoutbox
A ban would ban would ban the user from the forum and not get access to the shoutbox
If user is disruptive/offencive on the shoutbox - why would you want that user
to still get access on the forum- I think how it is set to currently to ban would stop the troubles
most had have with disruptive users on shoutboxes as in banning stops them getting access
to the forum and shoutbox..

well sometimes people just will start to spam ya know? and they wont take it to the forums. so maybe a like 15 minute ban will chill them out. lol
