Basically Staff can make a members account a "Flagged Account" where by a flag appears in their mini-profile that only Staff Members can see letting them know that this member needs an extra eye kept on, the full reason can be added as to why and all Staff Members can see this when viewing the Members full profile.
I hope this makes sense, Kyle

Staff notes are much more prominent in v5. Adding notes to someones profile especially when they have a reported post will be displayed right next to their avatar in the report. You can easily see a history of the member. Also don't forget the warning system, which can be set to only be seen by staff. Additionally you could use a custom code or plugin to do more.

It's more the fact of seeing something in their mini-profile when you want them flagged that the suggestion was for.

But I already use the Warning System and I've set it up so that Members are aware of their Warning Level, it would be a bit unfair to give someone a warning just because you're suspicious of them ;D. I guess I'll have to look into a code .

Kyle, you could also create a member group and place the user into that group. After that you could easily view a list of all members in that group.

That's a great idea it's just I want flagged accounts to only be known to Staff Members, doing this will mean that everyone including the member will know that the account is flagged.

In v5 you can have hidden groups, so the member themselves wouldn't even know they are in the group.
