Is there, or will there be, any way to add numbering to the replies, as it is now?
I have members that do not quote for various reasons, so they refer to the post they are responding to by number.

The problem with referring by # is that if one single post is removed, all the numbers are no longer accurate.
But yes, a coder could easily add a code that would add the numbers for you.

Yes, we use a code now that acts as a placeholder when someone deletes, for exactly that reason. I guess having them un-numbered would force people to quote in some fashion, which is my preference to begin with, but I can't make them do so currently.
