Since a global profile means that a user deleted from a forum isn't deleted from the system, is there an easy way to report an underage member to PB after removing them from your individual forum?

I think, Patrick, that he means which category does he choose to begin with. The report abuse page has changed, and some categories obviously don't fit. But which of the others? You don't have an "other" or "Underage user" one.
