Hi there! I was wondering how to make glowing lines in your picture. Here is an example and it is in her singnature so you'll have to scroll down: virtualwarriorworld.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=leopardkittenIf you notice in her picture there are glowing lines at the top and behind her name. She said she used Pixlr.com and I tried. I couldn't find anything that did that. But I knew that it did it because in the example pics for Pixlr it shows the same thing

In Photoshop it looks like someone's drawn it with the pen tool, used white and then reduced the opacity of the layer. Not sure about pixlr, never used it.

Nevermind, I got help somewhere else and those glowing lines are from photobucket. you don't draw them, they are just a glowing overlay.

Yeah setting the layer to overlay would have the same effect. No worries
