Wrighty: Is there anything that you could tell us about v5 that hasn't been publicly released yet? Say a percentage complete, release date, or even a whole new feature and a quick description?
Patrick: New feature? Auto-saving of the post or PM you are working on. If for some reason (say, browser crash) prevents you from posting, your message will be saved and automatically display when you go back to post.
I know a lot of people want me to announce a release date, but I am wary of putting one out there in case there are delays. I will say that the absolute earliest I could expect a V5 open beta would be July, but please, don't come down on me if it's not here by then or even soon after. V5 will not be released before it is complete to my standards. If it takes extra months of work, that's what it takes.

I know this is old, but I'm glad Patrick has that view on things. I personally would rather see a V5 that is top notch, new features and as bug free as possible, than obviously just having an odd tweak here and there.
You can't release an incomplete software. ;D
