On my forum we have found the report post feature has transformed the way we moderate and the staff are now able to discuss reports easily and efficiently.
I'd like to extend this with 'flag' members functions which alerts the moderators and we can post to the page - like the report post discussion page. Also as part of this, it keeps a list of 'flagged' members like it currently keeps bookmarked threads and shows or alerts when the flagged member has made a new post etc.
As a side note (which has probably already been suggested) can we please have the IP searches pick up guest posts! Currently it does not.
Easier IP matching would be so useful in general.
These features really would help ease of moderation.
