You can copy tabulated data from excel into a post and it will remain tabulated. However, it will not retain it's formulas, nor will it update values if you change them. Excel itself is the software for doing that, not ProBoards. The amount of power required to perform all the same functionality is simply not possible to add to the posting stage.
