Hidden/Members private board

How would it go having hidden or members thread that can only be seen by the member that sets it up and site owner. It wouldn't be known to any other admins, global mods or mod at all that a board has been set up.

There could be a part in the members modifly profile where they can set it up.

It could be use by members of creative writing boards when they write something before they post it, or a member that post someting with links to other sites to see if the links work before they post it, or to see if any images they post are too big or too small for the forum. It would be just like a members test thread if they want to use it.

It would be up to the board owners if they want to set it up or not.

You can make a board where new users can create threads and apply to join, or fill out your application. Moderators of the board can see all the threads in the board. But any non moderators can only see their own threads. Meaning you could create a group that reviews applications and even conducts interviews. People submitting their applications can't see anyone else's threads so they can't copy or see the interviews going on.

Private Boards have been added to v5 and do exactly what you are requesting.
