I know there is an entire sticky for this, but I'm looking for opinions.

I'm planning on uploading a simple website that's going to get little traffic and it won't take up massive disk space. I want to be free to use php/mysql and other features are a bonus. The problem is most websites have plans for $7ish per month and offer unlimited hosting. I just want a simple plan for $2-3ish per month, with reliable servers, and easy to use uploading tools.

Anyone here using anything they'd recommend?
I just bought a domain name, so I thought I'd make use of it.

I have had good luck with Fatcow.

They are currently running a promotional price of $3.15/mo, however if you can sometimes get them to drop the price lower (I am currently paying $3.00/mo).
