Please allow Email NOTIFICATIONS to the admin when a new member registers or complaints are filed, etc ,etc (This is vital)!

Email Notifications for all of the following exist.
when someone likes your content
when someone quotes you
when someone tags you
when someone follows you
when someone becomes your friend
when a new registration is pending approval
when a new member joins the forum
when a user requests to join a group you lead
when a user joins a group you lead
when you unlock an achievement
when this forum has an upcoming calendar event
when a bookmark is updated
when you receive a Personal Message
In addition to the above there is also a forum notification for when there are pending Reported Posts on your forum.

What I would need is an email notification when someone posts to a Topic I have created.
That way I don't need to keep logging in to find out!
Are the existing Email Notifications (listed above) on by default or do we have to set them?

Are the existing Email Notifications (listed above) on by default or do we have to set them? You can achieve your first request by bookmarking the thread you created. This will give you control over which threads you are notified about, instead of all of them notifying you about responses. Then enable email notifications for bookmarks. By default, the forum notifications are on and the email notifications are off. Then you can adjust them accordingly. |

ProBoards v5 Open Beta (Category name)  General v5 Discussion (v5 Board name) Feature Requests (v5 Board name) Praise (v5 Board name) Report Bugs (v5 Board name) This is why you were given instructions to reach the notification permissions on v5 Beta board. If you need help with the current version of ProBoards (v4.5), it is better to use the Support Board. For now, you can click here to check the ProBoards Help section on bookmarks and notifications. I wouldn't have known that since I'm using the iPhone app and the category is "support" and shows up just as an unread thread in the support forum titled allow notifications. |

Celeste That works for me too, setting the Bookmark on the Topic and then going to my Profile and setting up Notifications under Manage Bookmarks.
