Is this possible? If so how?

I'm not 100% sure how they've done it, and unfortunately can't remember the website at this current time, but there is a site where you upload a group of images and then you link to that library. Then, every time you reload, a random selection from that library will appear wherever you have linked the library. I've seen it used more commonly for character avatars.

If I remember the website then I will update my post here for you.
