no tables?

I heard there weren't going to be allowed the use of enhanced tables/styles in PB.v5?
Is there going to be a similar feature where one can personalize their own posts?

I feel being able to create tables and use styles really unleashes the creativity of each individual 0= so this feature or something similar should be allowed D:

Please clear up my concerns if you know any information on what's to happen with enhanced UBBC codes?

I don't know where you heard this rumor but it's not true at all. We've actually expanded the customization options in v5 for posting. I hope you'll go to wherever you heard this and correct that person or persons. We don't want false damaging rumors out there as we approach launch.

We've replaced the current UBBC codes with what we call BBCode 2.0! You have all the functionality of v4 plus now you can do advanced styling. Very similar to CSS in your posts. Tables absolutely exist and have more options than ever.

I'll post some screenshots to show off some of the powerful customization you can do in just a bit.

EDIT: You can also go to v5.proboards.com and actually try out the new software. Go create a post and play with all the BBCode you want. I think you'll be very surprised. There are more options than will even be obvious to you. Our help guide in v5 will have a full list of all BBCode 2.0 elements and options.

Look at the tabs below the posting area. Watch as we switch from BBCode mode to Visual mode so we can preview what we've made.
