Pop Ups to stay on Pages

Sorry if I'm not explaining this well.

If you click on something like Participated for example. and click to go home the Pop up vanishes, are we going to have an option to allow it to stay on screen while we browse other pages of forums?

Dialog boxes don't work that way. They aren't like windows. They are only loaded on the page where they originate from. Clicking a link that opens an entirely new page loads completely new data. The dialog has no way to exist. This is just the rules of the internet, not something we're deciding.
