When a thread is moved would it please be possible for that action to generate a notification to those who have bookmarked the thread?

I have just registered, the URL I put in the box was "astroboudicca" then I got the message,
this is already claimed. I then changed it to "boudiccaastro" Then I go,t this is claimed again, and another message, "There has been an error. I cannot believe such an unusual name has been claimed, is it possible to check this out.
