We created a new copy of the beta.
Everyone will need to treat it as if it were a brand new forum that just upgraded to v5.
Everyone should login with your username and password from here on Support. You will then be taken through the Global Upgrade Process.
If you previously reported bugs, go an check to make sure they were fixed.
If you are a beta tester go look for bugs. Go play with everything you can. Try to find anything broken. Try all the options available to you. If you find a problem post it in the Bug Report Board.

Why is everything reset?
Because during the beta we need to test everything. This includes converting an existing forum (like Support) as well as people upgrading to Global Accounts, and we need all our previous fixes pushed out for everyone to verify and test again.
Will I need to keep remaking my Global Account for every forum in v5?
When forums really start converting you will only need to upgrade to a global account once. After that when you login to another forum with a username and password ou will be able to link it to your existing Global Account.
I'm stuck during logging in or upgrading, what do I do?
Read the errors that you are getting. We programmed the system to be very specific and helpful. If it's telling you your password is wrong then that is the problem, try different passwords. With a fresh copy of support it should be exactly what you login with here. If it tells you that account was already upgraded then you need to use your email. Etc, etc, etc. Just read what it says, we promise you that's exactly whats wrong. If you are still stuck ask for help here, but please include the error message you receive.
