Notification enhancements

The current notification allows for email notification when a new message is added to an exisiting. Can you also provide the following enhancement which I think will be very helpful:

1. add an option to send email notifications when a new topic is added.
2. Add an option to send a digest notification once a day (probably more options like once a week etc)
3. Let the admin define defaults so that when a user registers he/she automatically inherits these defaults. For example for my forum, as an admin I will like to have the following defaults:
a) Send notifications (as part of daily digest) if a message is added to any bookmarked topic
b) send notification (as part of daily digest) if a new topic is added. (The digest can have two sections - one for new topics and one for new messages to existing topics)

Ofcourse these are just defaults and individual users can customize them. These defaults will make life a lot easier for the not so tech savvy, which I think is vital for a diverse group

1. There is no way to track a board currently. This is something we already have sitting in our possible upgrades for later. A notification would logically follow.
2. Already in our upgrades list. We'd like to give the member the option to pick the frequency that they receive emails. We may even due this sooner with a ProBoards default frequency in order to manage emails better.
3. Defaults are set by ProBoards in order to provide the best user experience and teach users the value of certain features. We will not be adding admin defaults, but thank you for the suggestion.
