We hope to set up a dev environment where coders can take requests and we can catalog and organize all of the new plugins. It would hopefully be as simple as going there and making a request for the codes you have. Then hopefully someone friendly would come along and tell you whats a new feature, link you to plugins for most of your codes, and if you had something new the community could take it as a new project to make a plugin for. That's the goal at least. We have already implemented many of the most popular codes. We (ProBoards) will be providing a certain amount of plugins as well to cover other popular codes that didn't make the feature cut. After that hopefully coders that are active will help. I wouldn't worry about it. Hi, I have no experience with plug-ins so I'm not sure how this will work regarding the several coding sites currently on Proboards. I've read that plug-ins will be down/uploaded to a site. Does this mean that all plug-ins will be in a 'library' here at Proboards.com or will the coding sites have to host the plug-in so it can be downloaded ? Also , will the plug-ins be vetted ? As the code won't be as visible as it is at present, will they be checked by someone to make sure they are only doing what they are meant to be doing ? I presume all this will become clear when V5 is launched but I was just wondering...... Cheers, Pebble.

We eventually will have a plugin library on our homepage - it may be possible at launch, or it may be very shortly after. This will include a ratings system so people can rate the plugins. In terms of vetting the code, it is not possible for us (ProBoards) to review every piece of code, but there may be volunteers who do so.
