After BetaZone starts will there be a board set up to take plug-in requests?

After BetaZone starts will there be a board set up to take plug-in requests? I was gonna be all "why at BetaZone, they'd do it at the full release surely". However. thinking about it, making it in BetaZone is much much better cos then there won't be a huge flood of requests as soon as v5 is released.

If one of the purposes of BetaZone is to give admins a chance to prepare their boards for conversion, a place to make plug-in requests is necessary.
The general v5 release is going to create strain on the resources of coders and admins. It would benefit both coders and admins to have plug-ins and codes ready before the general launch of v5.
We've already been told that ProBoards will have a plug-in library ready for us and some of the more popular codes have already been turned into plug-ins. I am worried about the less popular codes I use, however. Will I be able to request them during BetaZone so I can get my board coding completed? If so, where? I'm sure other admins want to know about this too. Hence my question.

I agree. It would be a *great* idea to have a board in place with all the plugins that are currently created, so we know what NOT to request. And as existing codes are requested/converted (and subsequently approved for "production" so to speak), they can be added to that board - similar to our existing code database.

That would be would be a very good idea. I have a few codes that I didn't think were used much but I seem to see them everywhere now. So it would be great if they became plugins.

I see Ryan answered my question in the next to the last item on this post. (Yes, there will be a board in Support for plug-in discussion, requests and creation.) Thanks, Ryan.

This already exists. For the bar above. We have been planning a board for some time. We're just waiting for BetaZone to start. It will be a board for creating plugins and updating v4 codes to v5 codes (or better yet, plugins).

Thanks, Ryan. I knew there was a plugin board planned after release, but I didn't know if it would be available for BetaZone. *Celeste does a happy dance* (Not a pretty picture. You might want to close your eyes.)
