Forum software - UTF-8 compliance

Hi,
I have problems with using a different language at my forum, it is fine with IE only, but when using all other browsers everything except English words turns out gibberish.

I got an answer earlier this year

From what I've seen of v5, yes, it is. You should be able to test it out now at v5.proboards.com to confirm.

We are aware of a few UTF-8 bugs, but we're working on quashing any remaining issues.

Thanks for reassuring me

However I will only be able to really test this when my forum will be converted and then I'll invite to play along some of the members that have problems viewing it in different browsers. (I have IE so for me it works fine)
