Critique and tips/improvements wanted for forum

Its mainly a football based forum, for two teams in Edinburgh.

Im not sure about my banner currently any ideas?

Actually, I think your site looks fine for a sports forum. You don't really need anything fancy. Your banner is just fine. The only things I might change is the brackets around the menu text (code in the data base for that) or have custom buttons made. Also maybe something sports related for on/off icons.
Normally, I'd say tie in the background colors somewhere on your forum and it wouldn't hurt but really, as you have it is fine.

Really, no other suggestions and it looks like your members are fine with your site too as it looks to be pretty active. Congrat on that!

-claps- On all the football forums I've seen, the skins have looked like they've been made with a football, lol. I really like yours and honestly, I don't think there is anything that I would change except maybe the on/off images to something sport related. But it's really good! I like it. C:
