I have had the same issue. I in the end chose to set up a new account as SiGa01 but apparently I need to be approved by staff first.

I have the very same problem... I tried every combination (I changed my e-mail on my Support profile this morning so I tried the old one too) and also went through password recovery and got the same replies as the others. And when I go to register again, it says the usename is unavailable... What gives?

Hi,

When on the login page - enter your username & password not display name
the same username you use on this support forum
Then it enter - email address & password be sure you are entering the correct email address

I did try that prior to re registering but by having to use 01 on the end because SiGa was not allowed, but forgot password told me I wasn't in the database.

Are usernames case-sensitive now? (I know they were in v3, but not v4.)

If that's the case, maybe the backend should lower-case all inputted usernames to prevent this issue? Just a quick thought.

Currently is a bug in the system Will be fixed soon
