I would like to see the Help Guide open in a new window. Many of the members of the STO forum are "older" people with little computer experience. Opening in a new window would make it easier for these members to shift back and forth from the forum where they are having problems to the guide.

This is already planned for the new v5 help guide once it completed. At launch we might be using a temporary help guide in the mean time. We will discuss how that one opens as well.
