Built in Chatbox

Let me just say that I seriously love that there is as built in Chatbox. That's just... Perfect. Awesome. Amazing. Two questions, though:

1, will the Chatbox be moveable or customizable? For example, is there a CSS code so that you can modify and move it around?

2, will you be allowed to enable or disable it?

I was looking for the answer but I'm equal parts lazy and terrible at searches.

2. Yes, it is disabled by default. So you will have to enable it.
