The issue is that you have a blank message. You haven't added a title or body, so it shows as a blank message.

It's a blank message with no title or body, enter something in and you will see. If you do not want it to show, delete it, or change the "Enable" option. |

I added a title and body, but now there are two news feeds. One is frozen and won't leave me. Also note nothing can be added to it.
Should I call on Support ?

You didn't delete it, you disabled it, but that works as well. Just make sure you enter something into the "Title" and "Body" fields when you enable it next time.  |
