Possible, but you will need to use some CSS.  Make sure you enter a unique id for the message, and then change it in the CSS...

Hi, I have read all the 19 pages but still unclear to me what happened with the dismissable/collapsible functionalities. The thing is that, when I dismiss for the first time the message, it never shows again. I read something about Yootil lbrary but not able find any setting for this, just 'check for updates' and 'bar enabled' settings. Is there any way to set as collapsible instead as dismissable (looks the default option) so the user can see the message again in future?

Make sure Yootil is above this plugin.

When you hide a message, there will be an icon in the Yootil bar (bottom left corner).

Hi Peter, well, I moved Yootil bar above Global Messages plugin (it was just below), but I still do not see any icon after the user closes the message. There is not option anymore to reopen it. I tested for one week with admin (message never appeared again), and now I tested again with a member user and same, once is closed, not more options to open it. (?)

Can you please, paste an screenshot of the icon?

Edit: oh gosh!!! bottom left bar, Is working but sooooo hidden 

No problem anymore except that the recovery button is almost invisible. Maybe an animation moving there or something could help the user, or the classical i for information icon.....

The groups definitely don't work for me. I have tried everything I could imagine, but no effect. I had to add members one by one. Well, not even 10 of them, but it's dissapointing anyway.
Another thing - Title Background works only with the default theme, all the others overwrite it. But I don't care of this, that's a minor fault for me.

when i add a global message to a board, it is also shown in threads of the board. Is it possible exclude board messages when viewing threads?

A member posted on my forum the bright yellow Message on the board doesn't appear on his mobile phone. Is this standard?

Due to their limitations mobile phones will bypass certain things that might slow them down or even render them inoperable on a forum, so layout templates and plugins are just two examples of things that are ignored by mobile phones. A mobile user would need to switch to desktop mode to see and use plugins. There are rumors however that this might change in the future so check the development blog occasionally for news on this front

I only want it to display on my homepage at gameslounge.proboards.com However it appears on the Forum part as well and not just the main page, Is there a way to resolve this?

If you'll look up at the top of the page, mattyboo, you'll see that Peter is no longer fielding questions about this plugin. It's in big red letters at the top of the page (ATTENTION). Hopefully, someone else in the community will be able to help you.
