I use the second url to test things out, then transfer to the first one once i'm happy
Notice on the first one that 'Portal' appears in black above the title bar, it should be like the second
Been through custom page etc, can't see any differences

It looks like you customized the Zone's settings on one, but not the other. Zones can have titles, or individual widgets can (or both).

The first looks like you put a title on both; the second on just one.
