BBcodes in newsfader and board/cat title

so you can edit the size and color and stuff of the newsbar and titles of boards and categories. was possible in v4, and would like to see in V5

There will be a fix for category titles (maybe boards too) which will have limited ubbc (like your sig area), including the img tag

Not sure about newsfader, currently seems that only url works there

Every single element in v5 is customizable. You have access to your forums style sheet and templates. There is nothing you can't edit.
