Windows 1 & 2

That worked on changing the two colors and I added my Window 1 color and my Window 2 color from my original site to the Beta site and the colors are not showing up the same.
As you can see here is my Beta Site

My apologies, I had it applying the colours in the opposite order to V4. This should now show the colours in the expected order:

.list tr.item > td.main, .list tr.item > td.checkbox, .list tr.item > td.created-by, .list tr.item > td.latest {background-color: @container_background_color_2;}
