Title Clean Up Plugin

I suggested this as a feature, and Ryan told me it was a good idea and to request it as a plug-in. So here it is...

I would like a plugin to "clean up" titles of threads. There are two options that you could enable or disable as you wish: an option to clean up capitalization ("CLICK THIS" would become "Click This"), and an option to clean up special characters ("Click this!!!!!!" would become "Click this!"). I'm sure you could add other options as well, but those are the two main ones I can think of.

If you have any ideas to add, or would like to create this plugin, I would be so happy!

well capitalization won't need to be included as the pb default CSS does that.

do you want just multiple ! to be cleaned up, or should i do other symbols?

Question marks would probably good. I've seen a lot of members do that to.

I would agree with Texas, both exclamation points and question marks would be good. I'm not sure about other symbols, I can't think of any that people like to repeat excessively. Maybe ~, but other than that, those two would be great.

Would it be possible to do multiple letters too? Or would that be two hard?

Multiple letters might not be too great, unless there's a way to reduce 3 or more repeated letters down to 2... since a lot of words have two of one letter in a row lol.
