Brian, I'm trying to upload the plugin but it appears to end in .pbp.html for me and won't upload...

Brian, I'm trying to upload the plugin but it appears to end in .pbp.html for me and won't upload... The download link isn't a direct link to a file. It's a link to a page to download the file. Therefore, your method is causing you to download that page, not the plugin. You don't have to do the Save As workaround for that one.

Updated to 1.3.0. This update gives you the option to have the Link to Post permalink ( like this) use the category colors. This can be enabled or disabled, and requires that you have Boards inherit settings? enabled.

First off, excellent plugin. It's one of two of yours I'm using. I'm still on the fence a bit about v5, but I've managed to work my way around most of it thus far (code doesn't come easily to me).
I'm having a small problem, though. Any formatting of the cat-title text (in my case, adding spaces to it to align it properly with the graphics I'm using) completely removes the images applied by the plugin. It's an issue I can work around by using images alone and vanishing the text, but I'm not sure if you knew about it/anyone else had this issue? I've read through the thread to check, but didn't see it.
Emphasis this is a small problem, nothing serious as far as I can tell - the rest of the board works fine, it's just the graphics that disappear.

It's looking for an exact match to the display name, including spaces. Although that may not work anyways. The better alternative would be to use CSS to move your category titles over, rather than adding spaces.

No, fiddling with the display names, assuming you meant the name that has all the bbcode in it and not the 'display name' used in lists and menus, had the same effect. I admit I'm not quite comfortable enough with attempting to insert non-breaking spaces into the css formatting, if there is a way to do that..I'm pretty sure I found where the cat-titles are, but I have no idea what to add and don't want to risk mass destruction. I'll see if I can winkle it out through reference materials, but in the meantime I'll just stick to images-only. Thanks for the suggestion, though :)

Thanks for the suggestion, though If you want to move your text farther to the right, just add some padding to the left of it by adding this line to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet. Change the number in red to your preferred distance.

Aha, thanks so much! Most of my knowledge is the old html, so I've been googling my way through this thus far to get the data values and such right. :'D

How can I change Legend, Forum Information & Statistics and shoutbox color? Those aren't categories, and cannot be changed on the main page with this plugin.

BrianOnly some of the categories are taking the color to the sub boards and posts. It displays on the home page, but only some actually inherit the colors and image. Most do not, like the Staff and Rules board, for 2 examples. Link in my siggy.

The rest aren't working because you've placed an extra space after the name in your plugin settings.
