Those aren't categories, and cannot be changed on the main page with this plugin.

You could always add CSS to your Main Header to change their colors.

An example:

    .container.stats > .title-bar { background-color: #00af33; }
    .container.shoutbox > .title-bar { background-color: #ff0000; }
    .container.legend > .title-bar { background-color: #0000ff; }

I really like this plugin, but I was wondering, is there a way to make it so that you can edit the Alignment, Color, Font-size, and Font-family of the Displayed Category Name? As to make it different per skin?

Not without a buttload of changes to the source code, unfortunately.

If you're looking to do something like that on a per theme basis, I suggest doing it at the theme level rather than using the plugin. I can advise you on how to do that using a combination of CSS and Layout Templates if you wish.

I would appreciate that, I am having trouble modifying the Category titles at all via CSS or Layout Templates.

Structure > Layout Templates > Home

Find this line.

<div class="container boards">

And replace it with this.

<div class="container boards category-$[category.id]">

Structure > Layout Templates > Board

Add this to the very top of the code (if you don't want boards to inherit category colors, you can skip this part).

Now every category should have a class applied to it. To change the things you specified on the home page, you can add this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet on that particular theme.

.category-11 > .title-bar.bbcode h2 { color: #ededed; text-align: right; font-size: 16px; font-family: Trebuchet MS; width: auto; }

The number in red is the numerical ID of your category. You can find this by visiting a board within that category, then click on the category name in the navigation tree directly below the menu. The category ID will show in your address bar once you're redirected to the home page (for example, the Coding & Development category here on Support is .category-16).

Everything in green can be changed to your preferred values for those properties.

Brian I love this plugin but have too many themes to try to coordinate. So I've imported it to use selectively.

Right now, on my test board ~ live-learn-luv.boards.net/, I have it applied to the theme "Color, Color Everywhere".

However, I can't get the General Category Title Bar to convert to a color ~ however it's boards are.

And conversely, in the other category title bars, they convert, but the boards are not.

And is there any CSS that could be added to color the side bar title bars, the Info Center and Stats, your news feed and the title bar for the tabbed tables "Toggle"?

You apparently have a space after General in its category settings that's causing the code to skip it.

Your category names and their display names must be the same for the plugin to work. For example, the Interesting Stuff category is named "FUN STUFF" internally.

Sidebars:

#sidebar-id > .title-bar { background-color: #00af33; }

Info Center:

.stats > .title-bar { background-color: #00af33;  }

Legend:

.legend > .title-bar { background-color: #00af33;  }

V4 News Fader:

.v4news > .title-bar { background-color: #00af33;  }

Not sure which tabbed table you're referring to. I don't see one.

I always admire your eagle eyes,  Brian.  They spot things that as the creator I should be able to. General was really bugging me. I just gave up on it until your return.

The tabbed table is the "Toggle for Important Stuff".
