If you're on Windows 7, there's a version out of your lot. If you're on Windows 8, then you needn't ask.

The only thing is that I really didn't pay any attention to the updates and all this other stuff. So, I'm highly confused about a handful of things. I figured that this would be a decent place to ask. I looked everywhere for a thread for this, but I couldn't find any. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places... But, what are the templates and plug ins exactly? I'm so confused. x.x Can anybody direct to me to a thread about all this stuff?
