I was wondering if you had considered removing the adverts for good at a one time cost. I have removed them now and again monthly and paid for it, but generally my forum does not make enough money to keep doing this. But if I was charged say a cost of $100 to remove the adverts for good, I would take you up on it, and I am sure many more would do the same. What is the point of getting a trickle of $7's when you could make thousands, by allowing webmasters to have more control over their sites..
I am sure many more would be more willing to pay a one off payment than drips and drabs here and there. If the price was too high not many would go for it, but say at $100 you would get hundreds if not thousands of people who previously had not bothered to remove the adverts due to the ongoing cost.
Ps I am liking the new look and the rss.. any thoughts on doing rss for different board sections as well..

We will discuss this. However, be aware that we have already improved the ad-free system in v5. You will be able to purchase far more ad-free in bulk if you wish.
We also have added recurring monthly subscriptions. Forums that use a lot of ad-free will find a discount in the higher pageviews. I can't give specifics yet as we haven't revealed these features officially but it's a better deal than in v4 which is impressive considering it's v5.

This is good news, Ryan. My forum isn't all *that* large, but yet we used over 800,000 page views in August - and that was for members only. It gets kind of pricey to keep up with and I'm not the type of admin that will tell members they have to contribute.

Moonbeam, you will really end up benefiting and saving money in v5 with a monthly subscription. This will be prefect for you.
Without giving you specifics, I just did a quick calculation. You'll save almost 27%* from your current amount if you go with a subscription in v5. That ad's up pretty quick in savings when you're looking at 800,000 pageviews.
*I obviously cant guarantee this number since its all still being built. The amount of savings also varies based on the amount of pageviews themselves too. Just wanted to give you an idea based off of current numbers.
