Shoutbox reply scrollable text area

Would love to have the option in the Settings for a scrollable text area in the reply portion of the Shoutbox.

You can modify your template as you see fit. There is a character limit on shouts. As such the shoutbox currently holds that character limit most of the time without requiring a scroll bar. Even when it doesn't you are still able to use your arrow keys to move up or down. You can modify the height if you wish in the template or add a scroll bar yourself. For the default we are going to leave it the way it is for now. Thank you.
