Horizontal Centering for Logo [Resolved]

I really, really suck at CSS/HTML.  I have tried to figure out how to center my logo horizontally, but nothing I have tried has worked.  I am certain that it is a simple fix that can be done by altering the template, but I just don't know how.  Could someone help me out by telling me what and where to put the specific code that will horizontally center my logo.  Here is the link to my test forum:

As you can see, the logo is all the way to the right of the forum.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!
