[Request] Plugin for a three-column welcome table

Hi...

Kindly asking for a plugin to create a three-column welcome table. 

Column 1 - affiliates - incorporating scrolling text and images
Column 2 - news - stationary text
Column 3 - staff list - stationary text.

Could you look at two things...1) the box height remains the same no matter what value is entered. I don't think I'm clashing with my Box 1 htmlAnd 2) separate box colors.

Edit: Did you perchance figure this out, it seems to be working fine to me.

No, my friend...I wasn't able to sort out the box height and different box colors.
