Not Done - New Thread Link/Button In Post

a New Thread Link to the rite of Reply in the thread page, the actual
post. id like text, but have the option for an image for others. it should be added to the database

this is what it should do

be able to change the text from Create Thread to New Thread, whatever

change the font size, color, family, bold, italic, anything, for each theme

i just had a plugin made where you can use css rite in the input field in the plugin, id like that

change the font for each theme

change the image for each theme

disable it for certain users

it shouldnt be visible to guests

i plan on requesting a bottom title bar like v4.5 had, i dont know if will just show then or if this plugin will have to be modified

So you are looking for the ability to put a "New Thread" button next to the Reply button? That can be done rather simply. What i don't understand is the other stuff. Currently, I believe the reply button itself is only text, so why would you want the "New Thread" button to be an image?
