Sorry for the delay.. I've been looking into this, but I can't replicate the error. I'll keep trying to see what could be happening. I can still rightclick>savepicture Then I'd say something is amiss... Could you post a link to a thread containing an image, and also let me know which browser you are using. Thanks.

Thanks for the link, but could you direct me to an actual thread or post containing an image that should be secured.

Hi Todge
I started having a couple of problems last night. The Quote button in posts was missing in several posts and smileys would not display in one line. They were running underneath each other.
I had this reported by my Global Mod and another member. One was using Chrome and the other, Safari. I tested it in Chrome and didn't have a problem, but in Firefox I found the same two problems.
I disabled all my plugins and turned them back on one at a time. I was able to establish that it's the Image Security plugin that was causing both these problems and now it's disabled everything is fine again.
Can only think that it's conflicted with some recent software push.
Hopefully it can be fixed because it's a great plugin that I've had no problem with until yesterday!

This plugin should not effect the quote button, I can only assume that another issue. If you are certain it is this plugin causing it, could you post a link to a guest friendly thread where this is happening please. As for moving some smilies onto new lines, that is because those smilies are wider than the minimum width the plugin targets. Make sure you have the latest version, and make sure the width in the setting is more than the width of your widest smilie.

I'm afraid I can't do this Todge as the Image Security plugin has been disabled and the problem no longer exists I understand what you are saying about the smiley width and that's something I could have adjusted, but it doesn't explain the problem with the quote button I can only reiterate that both those problems started yesterday and both went away after this plugin was disabled

I'll have a look, but unless I can reproduce the problem, it's doubtful I'll be able to fix it.

I have replied in that thread, but will mention it here too..
It is possible to grab an image from the posting page when quoting a post, to stop this, the image security plugin removes the quote button for non-staff members on any posts that contain a posted image.

Oh I see….. the quote button goes from posts containing smilies too, large ones that is, not the small ones like this -> I need to change the plugin setting to 'Block from guests only', to give my members a quote button, yes?

Yup, though your members will obviously be able to grab each others pictures.
If ANY image in a post exceeds the width you add to the plugin, or 50 pixels if you don't add a width, it will trigger the code, so extra large smilies would still do it. Unfortunately, there's no way around that that I can see.
