Plugin regarding the entrance of posts

When entering a thread it takes you to the latest post in 'said thread' -- rather, could someone make it so that it mirrors the way v4.5 is now?  IE, when entering the thread it takes you to the first post in 'said thread'.  Our members like moving through all posts prior to the latest post.  Especially, if the most pertinent information such as a 'League Draft Order' is sitting in the initial post.  To be clear, I am referring to when you enter a thread from the threads section -- not, the latest post section from the home page.  Additionally, as it currently stands, after clicking on the thread to bring you to the last post has a bit of latency.

Edit:  You're right.  Somehow, I thinking this was an isolated incident.  Everything is as it should be.  Carry on.

I don't think I quite understand you. When I click for instance this thread from the board page it takes me to the first post on the first page. Once i have read that page it will then take me to the newest post only if i click the "new" tag.
